From everything I've seen, I do consider the details credible. I wonder if the insider is afraid that everything will be swept under the rug if he/she goes straight to the authorities? Assuming this is all real, why do you think this person has chosen to post messages on a stock board? Why wouldn't they just go directly to authorities with their information? It seems like it would be easier for them to fly under the radar of the company insiders who surely are trying to figure out who this person is. I did look at the Usana investor relations site.
