I'm curious as to why the Texas Attorney General has not decided to go forward with the legal action; there appears to be enough proof that this company is alleging false health claims (essential sugars being considered a nutrient is a first for me!). I'll be "staying-tuned" as to what the verdict is with this because it would be an outrage to dismiss this case when the evidence is crystal clear. Wow this has been going on for some time.
