		<description>Well if you believe that those applying for mortgages should not commit fraud, none. Just because the mortgage company isn&#039;t more aggressive in catching it, isn&#039;t it still the responsibility of the applicant? 

On the other hand, the lenders could do more and are doing more. I&#039;ve got to believe that they&#039;ve been very calculated in how much due diligence they do. It&#039;s all about cost versus benefit, and I suspect that they&#039;ve been doing just enough.</description>
