I don't get killer traffic on my own site, but Google is responsible for at least 80% of the visits to my blog. If I joined their network, this would be a pretty steep price to pay, just so that I could start making $5 posts. Pay Per Post can try and tell their bloggers that their real rank is something else, but it won't change the reality that they have still been put on Google's naughty list.
