Tracy, “ongoing deception and manipulation committed by the executives of a public company?”

Funny, to date a convicted felon stalking this company and a has been financial journalist are all that have been making such accusations and they do it with prejudice. I see no enforcement cases that have supported the claims in the some 2+ years of wild and unsupportive accusations. If Sam, Gary, and yourself are so sure it is all fraud, why has no authority come to similar conclusion? Where are the enforcement settlements or filings?

I am equally concerned with Sam Antar’s blog in which he makes the appearance that he somehow knows what it is the SEC is doing. That would be a lie as the SEC will not confirm or deny any investigation as they recently identified to two Senators of the Senate Finance Committee in an inquiry into the Bear Stearns investigation.

Can’t wait to hear the spin on this one. With the way you guys sling liar and fraud around one much question whether you are simply paid hacks used to manipulate a market.

What amazes me about your commentary is the continued parroting between you, Antar and Weiss. An investigation should be initiated against you, and the others for conspiring to harass and malign a going concern. You should be ashamed at your actions. How does the accounting board feel about this type of behavior?
