Usana Health Sciences ordered to pay Barry Minkow’s legal fees

Judge Alba just ruled that Usana Health Sciences (NASDAQ: USNA) must pay the legal fees of Barry Minkow and Fraud Discovery Institute for its bogus lawsuit. $142,510 to be paid by Usana!

    USANA apologists will still claim that USANA is winning this lawsuit. I think it is only a matter of time until the whole suit is dropped. The ONLY purpose the lawsuit served was to divert attention away from the real issue. The real issues are the allegations of fraud against USANA, which USANA has yet to disprove. USANA’s ONLY defense was to shoot the messenger.

    USANA’s current stock price speaks for itself. The business model is a pyramid scheme where 99% of USANA’s distributors never make a profit. Most investors figured this out and as a consequence, the stock price never recovered.

    With USANA, Herbalife, and Pre-Paid Legal in the cross hairs, the MLM industry is being revealed for what it really is.

    Hello,

    Looks like every single course of action taken against Minkow is back-firing on USANA.

    After the almost hilarious videos about the vitamins comparison and the atempted blackmail process over that guy behind the counter (which turned out to be the owner of the shop), I guess this ruling on the legal fees is another white-gloved SLAP (lol) in USANA allready red-coloured cheeks…
