		<description>This all goes back to the basic misunderstanding that many people have about how to fix problems, particularly with government.   In business or in government, you can not fix a problem simply by throwing more money at it.  In the end, you still have the problem(s) and now you don&#039;t have any money.  

Obama said something about &quot;underfunded&quot; programs the other night in the debate.  What are crock of @&amp;$%!  The problem isn&#039;t that enough money isn&#039;t being thrown at these programs.  It is because they are mismanaged and the money is wasted.</description>
