And I'm sure that public statement came from General Counsel and not James Peterson. Jim provided a statement based on what General Counsel told him to say. They both need to be fired! Most employees get a 5% raise on their performance review. John Holtrust made more money than any Human Resource person in a company (Microsemi) with less than 1500 employees. Home Depot guy has 229,000 employees and only received a 7% base pay increase. Isn't that remarkable since they hire outside sources to hire...and they pay big finder fees. Even more remarkable is that John Holtrust doesn't even know how to draft an employee agreement. No education and makes a million plus per year!
