(<a href=\"http:\/\/randazza.wordpress.com\/2012\/04\/23\/aba-journal-magazine-tackles-righthaven-in-may-2012-issue\/\">Unsuccessfully<\/a>, but nevertheless, the litigation has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techdirt.com\/articles\/20120703\/03114319558\/former-righthaven-ceo-fights-back-claims-as-manager-manager-righthaven-hes-still-power.shtml\">dragged on<\/a> for some time.)<\/p>\n<p>It seems that the Denver Post is engaged in a little copyright infringement of its own. <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.denverpost.com\/mng-denver.denverpost\/news\/read\/21061921\/best_buy_no_longer_for_ex\">Posted at this link<\/a> is an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sequenceinc.com\/fraudfiles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/denverpost.pdf\">entire article from the 10-Q Detective, David Phillips<\/a>. There is no link to the original article, only a little by-line that doesn&#8217;t even link to David&#8217;s site. It merely goes to another page on the Denver Post site, which <em>then<\/em> links to David&#8217;s site.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/10qdetective.blogspot.com\/2012\/04\/best-buy-no-longer-for-ex-ceo-dunn.html\">Here is the original article on the 10-Q Detective<\/a>, and here is<a href=\"http:\/\/10qdetective.blogspot.com\/2012\/07\/denver-post-another-example-of-lazy.html\"> a post from David Phillips<\/a>, letting everyone know that he never gave the Denver Post permission to reprint any of his materials.<\/p>\n<p>Interesting, isn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remember the Denver Post?
