Here&#8217;s the relevant portion:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><\/strong><strong>Interview: Patrick Byrne, chairman and CEO of Overstock.com, discusses the company\u2019s revenues and earnings <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>23 April 2004<br \/>\nCNBC: Kudlow &amp; Cramer<\/p>\n<p>Mr. BYRNE: Well, first of all, I\u2019m all about gap [sic]. I have been so critical of the companies that do\u2013I don\u2019t believe in one-time charges; I don\u2019t believe in EBITDA. If somebody talks EBITDA, put your hand on your wallet; they\u2019re a crook.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Well, Patrick has been doing an awful lot of talking about EBITDA.
