He says that he lied on the witness stand about his involvement in the 9\/11 plot.  As part of his 2005 guilty plea, he testified that it was his assignment to [tag]hijack[\/tag] a 747 jetliner with [tag]shoe bomber[\/tag] Richard Reid as part of his hijacking team.<\/p>\n<p>Since Moussaoui was given a life sentence instead of the death penalty, he says he now believes that he could get a fair trial from an American jury.
