They were both found guilty of federal charges of [tag]conspiracy[\/tag], [tag]wire fraud[\/tag], and [tag]extortion[\/tag] under color of official right.  They are set to be sentenced August 21, and while they could get up to 45 years in [tag]prison[\/tag], the actual sentences are expected to be much lower.<\/p>\n<p>The six week [tag]jury trial[\/tag] included FBI wiretaps, surveillance videos, and heard testimony about political [tag]bribes[\/tag]. One witness was Michael Galardi, a strip club owner who paid bribes to politicians in order to facilitate the opening of a new club.  He says he paid $200,000 to Herrera and $85,000 to Kincaid-Chauncey.
