Commission Rules for Website Owners, Business Builders, and Brokers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Website Owner<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A Website Owner has links to all of the merchants in ShopToEarn. www.ShopToEarn.net\/YourUserID<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. A Website Owner has links to all of the merchants in ShopToEarth. www.ShopToEarth.net\/YourUserID<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Website Owner receives cash back from all shopping from his\/her website.\u00a0\u00a0Once the cash back from his\/her website totals $50 or more, those monies are direct deposited into his\/her checking on the 21st of the next month\u00a0\u00a0If the cash back is less than $50, those monies are placed in a holding tank until the cash back totals $50 or more, at which time they will be Direct Deposited on the 21st of the next month.\u00a0\u00a0There is a $5 Accounting \/ Processing fee for every Direct Deposit.<\/li>\n
  4. A Website Owner has an annual renewal fee of $69 and 30 points are paid upline to all Business Builders.<\/li>\n
  5. Please be advised: If your Direct Deposit from ShopToEarn is returned due to incorrect banking info, there will be a $35 reprocessing fee deducted from your next Direct Deposit.\u00a0\u00a0Make sure your banking info is correct in the Edit Personal Info of your Virtual Office so that we can Direct Deposit your cash back\/rebates from shopping.\u00a0\u00a0Direct Deposits returned to ShopToEarn will be re-deposited within 30-days from being returned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Business Builder<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. A Business Builder has links to all of the merchants in ShopToEarth,\u00a0www.ShopToEarth.net\/YourUserID<\/span><\/strong> and receives cash back on all ShopToEarth purchases from his\/her website.\u00a0\u00a0A Business Builder also has links to all of the merchants in ShopToEarn, www.ShopToEarn.net\/YourUserID,<\/span><\/strong> however, Business Builders do not receive cash back from any of the ShopToEarn retailers.<\/li>\n
    2. When a Business Builder refers a Website Owner\/Broker to ShopToEarn, that Business Builder receives $100 and 200 points.<\/li>\n
    3. Upon getting started, a Business Builder has 30 full days to receive the $500 Fast Start Bonus (refer 5 Website Owners in your first 30 days).<\/li>\n
    4. Upon getting started, a Business Builder has 30 full days to receive the $1000 Ten Bonus (refer 10 Website Owners in your first 30 days).<\/li>\n
    5. Upon getting started, a Business Builder has 30 full days to receive the $1000 SCORE! Bonus (SCORE! in your first 30 days).<\/li>\n
    6. There are two qualifications that a Business Builder must maintain to receive SCORE! commissions:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n

      A.<\/strong> Business Builder must refer at least 3 Website Owners and place at least one on the Left Side and at least one on the Right Side to become qualified to SCORE!\u00a0\u00a0If after the end of a year, one of those Website Owner’s fails to renew his\/her Website Owner status, that Business Builder must refer another Website Owner to become qualified to SCORE!<\/p>\n

      A Business Builder will start accumulating points immediately if Website Owners or Brokers are placed below him\/her in the Genealogy from Business Builders\/Brokers above him\/her.<\/p>\n

      \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

      For Example:<\/strong>
      \nBusiness Builder Bob joins ShopToEarn.net on September 17th<\/sup>.\n<\/p>\n

      Bob is automatically qualified for the months of September and October to receive points immediately from Website Owners and Brokers placed below him in the Geneology from Business Builders\/Brokers above him.\u00a0\u00a0If Bob does NOT activate his position by referring at least 3 Website Owners\/Brokers and placing at least one on the Left Side and at least one on the Right Side to become qualified to SCORE! before the end of his second full month (November), Bob will flush the accumulation of points at the end of November and will start the month of December with 0 points on both sides.\u00a0\u00a0Bob will continue flushing points to 0 on the last day of the month until he has referred at least 3 Website Owners\/Brokers and placed at least one on the Left Side and at least one on the Right Side to become qualified to SCORE!<\/p>\n

      B.<\/strong> A Business Builder has links to all of the merchants in ShopToEarth.\u00a0\u00a0A Business Builder must generate at least $100 in monthly business volume through his\/her website’s link to ShopToEarth to become qualified to SCORE!\u00a0\u00a0Upon joining ShopToEarn.net, a Business Builder is qualified to SCORE! that month and the following month automatically.\u00a0\u00a0That Business Builder must generate at least $100 in monthly business volume through his\/her website’s link to ShopToEarth before the end of that second full month so that he\/she is qualified to SCORE! and receive SCORE! Commissions for that month.\u00a0\u00a0If a Business Builder does not generate at least $100 in monthly business volume through his\/her website’s link to ShopToEarth before the end of that second full month and every month thereafter, that Business Builder will forfeit all SCORE! Commissions and points associated with those SCORE! Commissions for that month.<\/p>\n

      For Example:<\/strong>
      \nBusiness Builder Bob joins ShopToEarn.net on September 17th<\/sup>.\n<\/p>\n

      Bob is automatically qualified to receive SCORE! Commissions in the month of enrollment(September) and the first full month (October) after the month of enrollment to receive SCORE! Commissions.<\/p>\n

      In this example, Bob is automatically qualified in the month of September to receive September SCORE! Commissions paid on October 21st<\/sup>.\u00a0\u00a0Bob is automatically qualified in the month of October to receive October SCORE! Commissions paid on November 21st<\/sup>.\u00a0\u00a0Bob must generate at least $100 in monthly business volume through his website’s link to ShopToEarth prior to the end of November to become qualified to receive November SCORE! Commissions paid on December 21st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

      Bob can achieve the $100 monthly business volume requirement through his website’s link to ShopToEarth in many ways:<\/p>\n

      \n

      A.<\/strong> Bob can have an AutoShip(s) set up to receive ShopToEarth products every month on specific days of the month; as long as the AutoShip(s) total a minimum of $100, Bob is qualified to receive SCORE! Commissions that month.<\/p>\n

      B.<\/strong> Bob can place orders randomly throughout the month through his website’s link to ShopToEarth; as long as the ShopToEarth order(s) totals a minimum of $100, Bob is qualified to receive SCORE! Commissions that month.<\/p>\n

      C.<\/strong> Bob can have any number of Preferred Customers order from his website’s link to ShopToEarth; as long as the ShopToEarth orders total a minimum of $100, Bob is qualified to receive SCORE! Commissions that month.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

      If Bob does not generate at least $100 in monthly business volume through his website’s link to ShopToEarth before 12:00 midnight EST on the last day of November and every month thereafter, Bob will forfeit all SCORE! Commissions and the points associated with those SCORE! Commissions associated with that month.<\/p>\n

      The $100 monthly business volume requirement is in tune with The Company’s mission of helping people become healthier and wealthier by using products that are good for us and good for the planet.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

        \n
      1. Monthly Commission Payouts:\u00a0\u00a0The monthly commission period starts at 12:00:01 am EST on the first day of the month and ends at 12:00 midnight EST on the last day of the month.\u00a0\u00a0All commissions received for that month will be Direct Deposited on the 21st of the next month provided the commissions total $50 or more.\u00a0\u00a0If the commissions are less than $50, those monies are placed in a holding tank until the commissions total $50 or more, at which time they will be Direct Deposited on the 21st of the next month.\u00a0\u00a0There is a $5 Accounting \/ Processing fee for every Direct Deposit.<\/li>\n
      2. Gas Bonuses are paid the month after they are achieved.\u00a0\u00a0For example, if a Business Builder SCORES! in September and receives a $50 Gas Bonus, that $50 Gas Bonus will be paid as part of the Direct Deposit made on the 21st<\/sup> of October along with all other Commissions and Bonuses.<\/li>\n
      3. A Business Builder has an annual renewal fee of $69 and 30 points are paid to that Business Builder and upline to all Business Builders.<\/li>\n
      4. The generation of $100 in business volume, all shopping from all the vendors on ShopToEarth through a Business Builder’s website, attending any ShopToEarn Seminar, and a Business Builder’s Annual Renewal all generate points which are automatically placed on the side with the fewest points of that Business Builder.<\/li>\n
      5. A Business Builder can SCORE! as many times in a day equal to the sum total of all of his\/her personally referred qualified business builders (the sum total of qualified Business Builders in My Referrals) from the previous month.For Example:<\/strong>
        \nBusiness Builder Bob has personally referred a total of 6 Business Builders\/Brokers and in the month of September, 5 of those Business Builders\/Brokers were qualified (see two qualifications that a Business Builder must maintain to receive SCORE! Commissions).\u00a0\u00a0In October, Bob is qualified to SCORE! a maximum of 5 times a day.<\/li>\n
      6. Pending Position:<\/strong> When a Business Builder refers a Website Owner, Business Builder, or Broker that does not complete Step 2 of the Sign-Up process (Pending) in the same calendar month in which Step 1 of the Sign Up process was completed, that Pending Position will become a Deactivated Pending Position at 12:01am on the first day of the next calendar month<\/li>\n
      7.         1. A Broker functions under the same Commission Rules as a Website Owner and a Business Builder; however, a Broker (Website Owner + Business Builder) only has to refer 2 Website Owners and place at least one on the Left Side and at least one on the Right Side to become qualified to SCORE!<\/li>\n
        2. A Broker has an annual renewal fee of $119 and 50 points are paid to that Broker (Website Owner + Business Builder) and up-line to all Business Builders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
