Michael Zore voted twice within 6 hours, once in Wauwatosa (where he lives) and once in West Allis (where he used a fake address).<\/p>\n<p>Zore told a jury that <strong>he forgot<\/strong> he already voted. I&#8217;m not kidding. The guy really said that he went and made up a fake address to vote in a city in which he doesn&#8217;t live because <strong>HE FORGOT HE ALREADY VOTED<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The defense said that Zore was under stress from his sister&#8217;s death, a wage garnishment to pay overtaxes, his divorce a year earlier, and the cancellation of a class he was taking. He says he was running errands in West Allis (where he doesn&#8217;t live) and was across the street from City Hall&#8230; and he just went and voted.<\/p>\n<p>The jury convicted him over their lunch break. He could get up to seven years in prison and a fine of $20,000. He will be sentenced on September 27.<\/p>\n<p>Wasn&#8217;t it Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett who pooh-poohed claims of voter fraud and demanded that someone give him <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sequence-inc.com\/fraudfiles\/2007\/05\/24\/just-one-name-cried-mayor-barrett\/\">&#8220;one name&#8221;<\/a> of a person who had committed voter fraud?
