A verdict in the Frank Jude Jr. beating case

The verdict is being read right now in the Frank Jude case in federal court…..

Guilty – Jon Bartlett, Andrew Spengler, and Daniel Mesarik
Not Guilty – Ryan Packard

The charges were violating Jude’s civil rights and committing assault while acting as a police officer.

    What a horrible injustice. Andrew spengler is in prison for having a house warming party and saying –hey stop those guys one of them stole my badge, wallet etc– noone said he kicked, stomped or tortured Frank Jude. I hope and pray the appeal is successful.
