Move over Eliot Spitzer. There seems to be a few gents lining up behind you to publicly embarrass their families. The latest is Edward Nottingham, the chief federal judge in Denver, Colorado.

There is an investigation of a prostitution ring called Denver Sugar/Denver Players, being done by the IRS and Denver police. And Nottingham’s name has surfaced as a customer for “gorgeous adult Colorado companions.” One television station reports that Nottingham’s nickname from the ladies of the night was “Naughty.”

And there are more names forthcoming, supposedly including pro athletes and prominent lawyers and business executives.

The chief judge of the 10th Federal Circuit has received a complaint about the judge’s alleged involvement with this prostitution ring, but Nottingham remains on the bench for now. Of course, Nottingham has nothing to say about this situation.

At least Nottingham was getting a bargain compared to Spitzer. He allegedly paid $300 to $400 for “all-inclusive” sex with the prostitutes. Spitzer should have gone to Denver and saved himself some change! He was paying $4,300 for two hours, and it didn’t sound like it was “all-inclusive”!

Nottingham’s ex-wife has dished dirt on him in the past, telling the FBI that he spent thousands of dollars on strip clubs and internet porn. I wonder what she has to say about this!
